The portal has both a ticket answering system and a livechat window. Comodo has a well-deserved reputation of responsiveness. Most tickets receive a response in an hour (mine took less), while I was able speak to a helpful livechat representative in ten seconds.

The company offers self-help options and has a large knowledge base. It also hosts an active forum for users. They also offer telephone and email support with dedicated enterprise channels. This is truly an all-round offering!
