Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

By placing an order through the BEST Antivirus by SSG Limited and website you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic UK countries.

Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be easily duplicated, due to this, it cannot be sold to another user once the product key is revealed to a customer, as it is automatically considered as ‘used’. For this reason, we reserve the rights described here to issue a refund. We will evaluate the following conditions:

I. Please note that BEST Antivirus by SSG Limited does not permit the return of, or offer refunds, for the following products:

  1. Download or electronically delivered (emailed) licenses.
  2. Upgrade orders
  3. Opened software
  4. Volume License software orders*
  5. Products purchased at a discount or as part of a promotion, including Academic licenses.
  6. Products obtained as part of a bundle, with or without training, with other computer services or equipment, or distributed by another company as part of their software compilation
  7. Products obtained by any customer in any other country other than the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, and Canada
  8. SSG Limited fee-based technical support services, training or consulting services, Maintenance Agreements and any other related products and services
  9. Shipping, Tax and handling charges
  10. Any other services provided by BEST Antivirus by SSG Limited

* Volume License Order Returns: BEST Antivirus by SSG Limited does not accept returns for Volume License (licenses purchased at a discount from original price) or Maintenance Agreement orders.

II. Please note you may request a refund if you have not yet retrieved the activation/license key from our system.

If you have already retrieved the activation/license key, NO REFUNDS will be granted. Please make sure the software works on your system before retrieving the activation/license key. If you have problem with a product, contact our support team to try to solve the problem or to request to start the replacement

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Website refers to BEST Antivirus, accessible from https://www.bestantivirus.co.uk/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returning Goods

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The inspection could take around 5-7 business days. After that, you’ll receive a new product without (no return fee) any cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at [email protected]

RESTOCKING FEE

We charge a restocking fee on returns, here will be a 30% restocking fee taken out of the refund as well.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE

We do not charge a return shipping fee on returns.

REFUNDS & ORDER CANCELLATION:

If the product is still being processed, you’re eligible for order cancellation and a full refund. If your order was already fulfilled and you received a Royal Mail ®, Post Office®, UKPostbox tracking number and you want to cancel, you MUST wait until the package arrives to start the return process.
